The Links, Incorporated is an international, not-for-profit corporation, established in 1946. It is one of the nation's oldest and largest volunteer service organizations of extraordinary women committed to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the culture and economic survival of African Americans and other persons of African ancestry. Membership consists of more than 16,000 professional women of African descent in 299 chapters located in 41 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and the United Kingdom. The Stockton (CA) Chapter was established in 1966 and has implemented award winning programs that are dedicated to serving those who reside in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties.
Who We Are
The Stockton (CA) Chapter of the Links Incorporated was charted on October 15, 1966 and has continued to serve our communities of San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties through our five facet programs and other committees. Some of the historical local program provided were mentoring to youth, scholastic performance enhancements, Alzheimer awareness, Cancer awareness and Health.

The vision of the National Trends and Services is focused on eliminating disparities by reducing barriers to services through advocacy, education, and service.
