Stockton (CA) Chapter The Links, Incorporated stood with the Women’s Center – Family & Youth Services  who displayed more than eighty life-sized, red silhouettes as a symbol of the Silent Witness National Initiative representing victims from San Joaquin County who have been killed as a result of domestic violence.
